Please arrive at our parking lot 20 minutes before you would plan to be at the airport. It will take us no more than 20 minutes to check you in and shuttle you to the airport.
After retrieving your luggage, call the phone number on the claim ticket provided when you checked in at our parking lot.
Yes, we are a fully lit and gated lot with 24/7 security.
Yes, you can do so by clicking on the “View/Edit/Cancel Reservation” link below the reservation inquiry box at the top of our page. You may receive a full refund for all canceled reservations as long as they are made 24 hours in advance.

Our shuttles run on demand, meaning as soon as you arrive we will either take you right away or have the shuttle come get you. The waiting time is usually no longer than 15 minutes.
